  Waited 10 mins to be served and there was no one waiting in the end someone from the kit hen came. Ordered 6 piece bucket with chips and drinks and a Texas bbq burger meal. Bucket arrived with 1 the chips. Chips where cold and dry sent back. Opened box of chicken to find 6 small dried out pieces sent back and asked what was the problem!! Sat back down in the booth to put my arm against the wall where obviously had not been cleaned arm now caked in sticky sauce so go to the toilet to find an absolutely shocking mess. Dirty floors dirty toilet and dirty sink. Obvious the manager need to train staff in service skills. How to cook properly and when not to serve long standing food. But urgent cleaning skills as this is really off putting.

  KFC like KFC. The drive-in road is a little bit narrow.

  Super slow, not enough staff on duty, ran out of lettuce and cardboard boxes by 9pm
